I offer a more gentle mindful approach to yoga which includes not just the classical yoga postures breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation. No previous yoga experience required, all equipment provided. Guaranteed to improve both your physical and emotional wellbeing, you will leave the sessions feeling both energised and calmer.
