Have you always wanted to try yoga but just not sure if it was for you? I offer a more gentle mindful approach to yoga which includes not just the classical yoga postures breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation. No previous yoga experience required, all equipment provided. Guaranteed to improve both your physical and emotional wellbeing, you will leave the sessions feeling both energised and calmer.

Tuesday evenings 7 to 8pm at JW Dance studios Ottery St Mary (from 10th January)

Block of 5 classes £45 (can be attended over 8wks).
